The Arizona Builders Alliance announced that Mike Epstein, Owner of Tucson’s Epstein Construction, was recently elected 1st Vice President for the ABA Board of Directors.  This means Mike will serve as the ABA’s 2016 President.

In 1983, at the suggestion of two architecture  professors at the U of A, Mike Epstein sought a summer job as a laborer on a commercial construction project.  It was during this time, Mike decided to make Construction his career and  pursue owning his own construction company.

In 1990, having passed the exam 2 years prior, the dream became a reality. The original business plan was to build custom homes and work from home. In 1993 Epstein Construction built out their first tenant improvement and the rest is history. The company has logged more than 2,500 various projects ranging from small office tenant improvement to new government facilities.

In 2013 Epstein Construction began performing work in the State of California. Throughout the many changes to the economy and the construction industry, the company has maintained its original mission; to provide high quality construction and unprecedented customer service. Throughout the last 25 years, Epstein Construction has seen dramatic changes in the market and has managed to retain a majority of their original clients.

Mike has been an ABA member since its inception in 1994. He has been on the State Board of Directors for the past 3-years and served as a Chariman of Southern Arizona in 2004.  He is a 2013 graduate of the ABA’s Senior Executive Program (SEP).
