Chip Kloppenburg has joined the multifamily team at Sperry Van Ness, LLC as a Senior Advisor. Kloppenburg brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience to the team, having worked previously with CBRE in Rochester, New York and Marcus and Millichap in Phoenix.
Kloppenburg holds both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Exchange Advisor (CEA) designations and will focus on 50+ unit buildings in both Maricopa County and Pima County. His depth of experience includes commercial leasing, investment property sales and 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
“Chip brings an added dimension to the team, with his experience, CCIM designation and existing clientele located here in Arizona as well as up and down the east coast,” said Neil Sherman, a Partner in the Phoenix office. “We’re happy to have him on board and know he’ll accomplish great things here.”
Kloppenburg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A few of his other interests include golf, baseball, platform tennis and real estate investing.
