Clear Title Agency of Arizona added four new people to its residential team: Nicollette Baker, Mary McGovern, Camille Sitto and Kathleen Veglia.

The company, which celebrated its 5-year anniversary in 2012, has experienced 200% compounded annual growth, even during the recession. It is the fastest-growing title and escrow company in Arizona.

Baker and Sitto join Clear Title as business development officers and McGovern and Veglia as senior escrow officers, all in the residential division.

Baker’s responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining relationships with realtors, mortgage brokers/bankers, builders, and developers. Previously, she was senior account manager at The Talon Group and director of sales and marketing for Camelback Title Agency and has more than 10 years in local real estate experience.

In 2010, she co-chaired the First Annual World Famous Paradise Valley Office Realty Executives Western Golf Classic, which raised thousands of dollars for the Paradise Valley Emergency Food Bank’s Backpack Program, which fills children’s backpacks faith food to bring home to their families.

As senior escrow officer, McGovern works with a team escrow officers, escrow assistants, business development managers and the executive team, handling refinance, sale, REOs, short sales and homes in foreclosure. Previously, she was assistant branch manager/senior escrow officer at Title365 Company and escrow officer at Old Republic Title Company.

She is a notary public, State of Arizona, and an approved FNMA Loan underwriter. Her awards include the Burbie Award from Burbank Housing; President’s Award from North American Title Company, Northern California Division; “Pick” Affiliates Award from Home Builder’s Association of Northern California; and Revenue Award from Old Republic Title.

Sitto’s responsibilities as business development officer include developing new relationships with realtors and loan officers through cutting-edge marketing support and providing unparalleled escrow service to existing clients. Previously, she was an assistant escrow officer at The Talon Group. She is a member of Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR) and Home Builders Association of Central Arizona (HBACA).

As senior escrow officer, Veglia focuses on bringing excellence in knowledge and service to the Clear Title office. Previously, she was escrow officer at Fidelity National Title and escrow officer for The Talon Group. She is actively involved in the Arizona State Escrow Association.

Baker received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Arizona State University and is a resident of Scottsdale. McGovern attended Centralia Jr. College in Centralia, Wash., and is a resident of Ahwatukee. Sitto received her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University and is a resident of Scottsdale. Veglia received her bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University and is a resident of Phoenix.
