His experience gives him a depth of understanding not only in electrical engineering design, but in how to truly work within the integrated design culture of DLR Group,” said Tom O’Neil, AIA, DLR Group’s Southwest Leader.

“A DLR Group Principal is a leader who proactively and ethically carries DLR Group forward to attain the firm’s mission and live its values.”

In addition to the appointment of Jehling, Smith was appointed Senior Associate, leading the Justice + Civic sector work in Phoenix. In Tucson and Las Vegas, Wolfarth and Starks respectively were promoted to Associate positions.
