EPS Group, Inc. (EPS), a locally-owned Arizona full service civil engineering firm, announced the addition of Richard Hoppe to their Land Development Division. Hoppe has been in the engineering profession for over 35 years with experience in engineering, master planning, design of major land development projects, and infrastructure improvements. Past positions include City Engineer for the Town of Gilbert and Engineering Manager for the City of Chandler.
Hoppe worked nine years as Del Webb’s exclusive consultant/direct contact and project manager for all Phoenix Metro projects. His project experience includes due diligence, planning and design of large master planned communities for the development of subdivisions, golf courses, recreation centers, and major infrastructure and treatment plants.
