Johnson Carlier announced Tina Bark-Roy and Kendall Chadwell have joined the company as director of client development and marketing director. Bark-Roy will be bringing a diverse background of entrepreneurship, global travel, hospitality sales and customer service to her new role. Chadwell has worked in the architecture, construction and engineering (AEC) industry for five years, focusing on strategic marketing tactics for the firm.

Together, Bark-Roy and Chadwell will be responsible for the 50-employee firm’s client retention activities, project research, pursuits and ensuring all of the companies marketing activities are led executed.

These two individuals were specifically sought out for their background and industry experience to push the company to the next level of competitiveness. Chris Johnson made the announcement saying, “ I am very excited about what these two women bring to our company. The strengths they bring position us well to  respond to the changing needs of our clients and the industry. We are very excited and optimistic about the future.“

Bark-Roy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University of Paris in France and is fluent in English, Spanish and French. As a former small business owner, she was responsible for customer sales and management, branding and client retention activities.

Chadwell is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in communications and experience with marketing for public and private market segments.
