Commercial real estate advisory firm Keyser announced that Beth Scarano and Sheryl Wirken have joined the team to lead the new Project Management Services Group.

They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization, and will guide our clients through the often complex and tedious real estate design and construction process to ensure that real estate projects are delivered on time and under budget,” Jonathan Keyser said.

Gathered through more than 25 years of experience in design and construction, Scarano led the client and project development teams for several national construction firms and was responsible for projects valued at more than $3B. Her communication, organization, management and team-building skills enable her to oversee a wide range of personnel to get projects successfully navigated from inception through to completion.

Wirken has more than 22 years of industry experience including 13 years of experience in project management. Her technical expertise in project management experience includes every aspect of the process, from acquisition, entitlements, design and third party management to project scheduling, project budgeting, and construction oversight.
