CBRE announced that Real Estate Manager Mona Deane has joined the firm’s Asset Services Group in Tucson.

Deane comes to CBRE from PICOR, where she worked for the past 4 1/2 years. Her commercial real estate experience spans more than 25 years and includes the direct management of a variety of office, industrial and retail product for private and institutional investors, such as the Rockefeller Group, GE Capital and the University of Central Florida.

Deane’s new assignment at CBRE is to manage the 188,000 SF El Dorado Medical building, which is owned by Clarion Partners.
