Ryan Companies US, Inc. announced the expansion of its Phoenix development team. Tyler Wilson and Josh Tracy have joined Ryan to help build the development and construction business in Ryan’s SouthWest division.
Tyler Wilson, Director of Development, has over a decade of experience; specializing in large assets including mixed use, industrial and office properties, sales, leasing and land acquisition. A Phoenix native, Tyler is a respected leader in the valley and known for his great problem solving strategies and strategic thinking capabilities.
“I’m passionate about developing and building attractive, cutting-edge real estate projects that will endure in value—and in collaborating with customers to help ensure their long term success,” Tyler Wilson said.
Josh Tracy, Associate Developer, recently graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a minor in Real Estate. Josh is known for great customer service skills and, through owning his own small business, understands the importance of utilizing resources efficiently. Josh, also a Phoenix Native, supports the development team in the Phoenix office by analyzing opportunities through financial and market analysis. Additionally, he works with Ryan’s leasing teams to market existing sites and track prospective tenants.
“I enjoy being a part of the development through the entire process— from the excitement with the prospect of a deal, managing all aspects of the development and the wonderful sense of accomplishment when a project is delivered to a customer,” Josh Tracy said.
Tyler and Josh are both involved in the community outside of work. Tyler is involved in local chapters of ULI, NAIOP and CCIM, and is the incoming president of the Men’s Arts Council of Phoenix Art Museum. As father to three children Tyler also stays busy taking family road trips and coaching little league. Josh is also heavily involved with the community, as he mentors youth baseball and participates in community coaching.
