Iannelli most recently worked as an assistant property manager at Holland Residential, where he previously served as a leasing consultant for the firm’s multifamily portfolio in Phoenix. While at Holland, Iannelli was nominated as one of Arizona Multi-Housing Association’s 2013 Leasing Consultants of the Year for routinely achieving a high percentage of sales closings and renewal retention. During the completion of his collegiate studies, Iannelli worked as a leasing consultant at Equity Residential, where he was consistently ranked as a top leasing agent in the firm’s Arizona portfolio. Iannelli began his career in commercial real estate as an intern with prominent developer Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments.
Iannelli holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate and business from Arizona State University, where he also served as vice president of the Arizona State University Real Estate Club.
