CA Ventures and W.E. O’Neil Construction Co. of Arizona announced they have broken ground on two new assisted living and memory care communities in Gilbert and Oro Valley, Arizona.
The Gilbert project, designed by BKV Group, is located at the corner of Morrison Ranch Road and Higley Road. This 98,000 square feet, two-story community is comprised of 115 assisted living and memory care units.
The Oro Valley project, located on Oracle Road south of Calle Concordia, was designed by HED Architects and consists of a 79,000 square feet, two-story community offering 101 assisted living and memory care units. Both projects feature dining and common areas as well as enhanced interior and exterior amenities. The projects are both scheduled for completion in the first half of 2018.
