Hines, the international real estate firm, announced the renewal of the U.S. Attorney’s 72,980-square-foot, long-term lease at Renaissance Square, where it has been located for 15 years.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office employs 280 staff members, including 120 attorneys, on floors 15-18 of Two Renaissance Square, a property owned by Hines.

“We are very pleased that the U.S. General Services Administration, which oversees the U.S. Attorney’s Office, has renewed the U.S. Attorney’s lease at Renaissance Square, as it is a valued long-term tenant,” said Steve Hamel, Hines’ General Property Manager. “Renaissance Square’s convenient downtown address and proximity to courthouses make it an attractive business location for legal professionals.”

Patrick Devine with Cushman and Wakefield and Chad Habeeb with FD Stonewater represented Hines in the transaction. Carpenter Robbins Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
