Located on the Southwest corner of 59th Avenue and McDowell Road in Phoenix, the 9,141 square foot consists of a fully leased retail center. Thomas A. McCarthy purchased the property for $1.375 million from 59th McDowell II Sandhurst Investors, LLC. The broker for the seller was Sarah Thompson and Jeff Harris of Helix Properties and the broker for the buyer was Patrick Sheahan of Berry & Doyle, LLC.
