Classic Residence at Silverstone in Scottsdale is owned by Classic Residence by Hyatt and The Plaza Companies, designed by DAVIS and constructed by Summit Builders. The 35-acre, $200M luxury CCRC started construction February 2008 and will finish March 2010.
