Carol Shepard is the Director of AZRE: Arizona Commercial Real Estate Magazine. She's the mind behind the scenes and creator of the niche industry publication. In an effort to expand AZRE's horizons on the newsfront, Shepard created "Market Talk" — her blog covering “who said what” at recent commercial RE trade meetings. The style is casual and quick — a snapshot of topics discussed plus links to the organizations that hosted the events.

ANNUAL PUBLICATIONS  | TOP PEOPLE TO KNOW Top People to Know is an annual resource guide AZRE Magazine created for the local commercial real estate industry. Top People to Know (PTK) covers the commercial real estate industry from developers and investors, contractors, architects and engineers to brokers, city planners and economic development.
Starting September 2010, the publication will become AZRE's Top 100 People to Know in Arizona Commercial Real Estate. AZRE is upgrading to make this annual resource guide more useful to the ever-changing commercial real estate industry.

The R.E.D. Awards recognize the top projects in each market sector category with an awards ceremony, and a published feature highlighting all of the winning projects within AZRE's March/April edition. Special recognition is given to the construction teams of each winning project, with additional recognition pulled from the winning projects for the Developer, Architect, Contractor and Brokerage Firm of the Year. BIG GREEN AWARDS
The Southwest Build-It-Green Expo & Conference, USGBC Arizona Chapter, and AZRE Magazine are proud to present the 2011 BIG Green Awards. The awards will recognize leaders and organizations that engage in the implementation of sustainability principles in 12 award categories.
