Cassidy Turley completed the sale of Mosaica Office Building, a 65,900 SF, Class C office building at 10210 S. 50th Place in Phoenix. BASIS Schools purchased the property for $2M from Educational Facilities Acquisitions of Phoenix.

Built in 1985 and renovated in 2006, 10210 S. 50th Place is configured for school set-up and located in the prestigious community of Ahwatukee Foothills. Once the home of Ahwatukee Foothills Prep, the building was vacant at the time of sale. BASIS Ahwatukee is projected to open August 2013
