“Rain, rain, go away,” may be what we’re all thinking now that Phoenix’s Mardi Gras parade has been canceled Saturday, but there is still fun to be had. Head downtown and check out one of the many bars and restaurants such as Seamus McCaffrey’s, Tom’s Tavern and Copper Blues as they offer cheap drinks and a good time for the Mardi Gras celebration.

When you’re looking to gush at celebrities as they take home the coveted golden statue, make sure you do it in public.
