Keyser, a commercial real estate advisory firm providing global real estate services to tenants of office, industrial, retail, healthcare, technology and educational space, announced Friday that Matthew Cummings, Rick Osselaer and Harris Wilbur have joined the firm.

Cummings joins Keyser from Mohr Partners, a national commercial real estate firm, where he served as head of research for their Scottsdale office. He is joining as a partner to Noah Barrasso and Kevin Lange and will be assisting them with strategic planning and real estate transactions, as well as providing analysis, research and other service related activities.

Prior to joining Keyser, Osselaer was a senior vice president at a local boutique tenant rep firm. Prior to that, Osselaer was a partner in a commercial real estate firm he founded with two other partners, and prior to that he was with a national tenant commercial real estate firm.
