“Potted Potter”
“Potted Potter: The Unauthorized Harry Experience” takes all seven books of the bestselling series, a live game of Quidditch and condenses it all into a 70-minute comedy. The show is written and performed by two-time Oliver Award-nominated actors Jefferson Turner and Daniel Clarkson. Turner and Clarkson play 360 Harry Potter characters between the two of them. This show is a must-see for Harry Potter fans or anyone who has ever wondered why there is so much hype to the series.

Chandler Art Walk
Every third Friday of the month, the Chandler Art Walk is home to more than 50 artists showcasing their work. Art styles include painting, photography, metal work and other mediums. This month’s art walk features the science behind the art as the event has paired with Arizona SciTech Festival.

Art d’Core Gala    
Mayor Greg Stanton, Downtown Phoenix Inc. and Artlink Inc. will be kicking off Art Detour 27. Stanton will give an opening address and toast the business leaders, flourishing arts community, and neighborhood groups of downtown Phoenix. The reception is at 6 p.m. with the toast at 7 p.m. After that, enjoy a night of dancing, music, and art. There will also be a live performance by the Phoenix Theatre. Attendants are encouraged to dress formally and colorfully.

Sedona International Film Festival
The week-long film festival in Sedona is back for its 21st year. This year’s festival is dedicated to Orson Wells for the anniversary of his 100th birthday. Wells is most famous for Citizen Kane, Othello and his historical radio broadcast War of the Worlds. This year’s festival is home to more than 170 films. There are multiple venues for the festival. Passes and ticket packages for the festival vary.

Arizona Diamondbacks Fan Fest
The 11th annual Subway D-Backs Fan Fest is this Sunday. Fans can take a tour of the Diamondbacks’ clubhouse. They can also take the opportunity to hit in the batting cages. Current and former players will be available for photograph and autograph sessions. People with season tickets or who are part of the D-Backs Youth Jersey Program will be admitted at 11 a.m.
