This makes Body Beautiful Spa one of just 300 recognized Allergan Platinum Partners in the United States, an honor reserved for only the highest quality, highest volume spas.
This status is particularly impressive since Body Beautiful has only one location in the Biltmore area, compared to other spas that may inflate their numbers by grouping purchases among several spa locations.

According to the Wall Street Journal, in 2012 the FDA issued warnings to 350 medical practices that were purchasing potentially counterfeit Botox from a network of international wholesalers. Practices that illegally buy their Botox from international wholesalers do so because it costs them less. They are often told that it is the same product that is produced by Allergan, however it’s sometimes branded in a counterfeit box not produced by Allergan. Some Botox purchased from overseas distributors may not be Botox at all, and the product could have been exposed to temperatures that denature neurotoxins (Allergan always ships Botox in dry ice to keep it frozen).
