Woodside Homes announced the opening of its “Inspiration Gallery,” a one of a kind home-customization experience for buyers as part of the company’s esteemed “Better by Design” program.
The 3,700 square-foot facility is equipped with two full kitchens, a bathroom vignette with a tub and shower, as well as style choices and finishings including plumbing fixtures, banisters, technology options to create a “smart” home, doors, flooring, cabinets and more.
The gallery allows homebuyers to go from the purchasing process to the design process seamlessly with customization options on display in a showroom environment.
“We are thrilled to bring the Inspiration Gallery to our customers here in Arizona,” said Roger Gannon, division president for Woodside Homes of Arizona. “The Inspiration Gallery is the first of its kind for Woodside Homes, and is truly a manifestation of the Better by Design program. The facility provides a comfortable setting for customers to create their dream homes, with tangible examples and designs set out before them. At Woodside, we want the homebuying experience to be enjoyable for customers; the Inspiration Gallery experience will help buyers personalize their homes to suit their unique tastes and bring some fun back into homebuying.”
While the Inspiration Gallery represents the entire array of options available to its buyers, Woodside Homes introduces an abbreviated version of a home’s design possibilities through the sales office Inspiration Wall displays.
This allows home shoppers to identify their unique style preferences, a key step in moving onto the design process upon selection of a home plan.
After entering into a purchase contract, customers are provided a password for the online Inspiration Gallery, allowing them the opportunity to preview what they will see in the Inspiration Gallery. Customers can create wish lists prior to their visit and share with Woodside’s designers so they will be ready to provide advice and assistance with the buyers’ selections.

The Inspiration Gallery can be found exclusively at the Woodside Homes of Arizona office at 1811 S. Alma School Rd., Suite 160 in Mesa near the intersection of Route 60 and the 101 Loop.
Inspiration Galleries for California, Nevada, Texas and Utah are slated to open in the near future.
