Eastmark leads East Valley in home sales

DMB announced that competitive sales analyses have identified Eastmark as the top selling home community in the East Valley with 275 total sales in the first quarter of 2017.  Sales transactions are trending higher than 2016 numbers.

Throughout 2016, Eastmark averaged 42 sales per month; in the first part of 2017, the community is averaging 82 sales per month. During the first week of the second quarter, the community totaled 40 sales surpassing the highest sales week since grand opening in 2013.

Eastmark’s strong sales have accelerated the opening of new neighborhoods in the community with new home product offerings including: one-story models from CalAtlantic and intimate homes with park-side living by Pinnacle West Homes and Ashton Woods in the Inspirian Park neighborhood. 

Eastmark’s first quarter sales success comes on the heels of finishing 2016 and 2015 with more than 500 homes sold, ranking the community among the nation’s 15 best-selling – and Arizona’s top-selling – master-planned communities by real estate industry analysts RCLCO (Robert Charles Lesser & Company) and John Burns Real Estate Consulting two years running.
