MATCH Cuisine & Cocktails inside of the FOUND:RE hotel in Phoenix is now serving brunch!

Saturday & Sunday from 10:20 a.m.-4:20 p.m., enjoy Executive Chef Akos Szabo’s delectable new brunch menu featuring globally inspired dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, like:

Filipino Chile Relleno with longanisa sausage, mozzarella, charred tomato, cojita cheese and Mexican oregano, $14
Adela’s Enchiladas with top knot farm chicken, salsa verde, avocado crema and crisp lettuce
Braised Korean Rib Lettuce Wraps with pickled carrots, coriander, Thai basil, gochujang aioli, lime and salted cashews, $15
Not Your Basic Chick with a sweet potato waffle, crispy fried chicken and Caribbean hot sauce, $13

Other favorites on the menu include an organic yogurt and granola parfait with seasonal berries, ($9), the Plato Paisa with wood grilled steak, plantains, crispy chicharrones, longanisa sausage, avocado, black beans, crema and fried eggs ($21) and so much more.

MATCH’s brunch will evolve in coming months into their take on a “Dim Sum” offering, but to kick off 2017, this flavorful menu will tempt every palate.
