Rockefeller Group Distribution Center

Rockefeller Group Distribution Center obtained LEED Silver certification and provides a definitive standard for the design, construction and operation of a green building. It is the first LEED-certified, Class A, 100% concrete spec industrial/distribution center ever developed in Southern Arizona. One major feature of the building’s green design is its 40% performance water use reduction.

Towne Air Freight signed a lease at the property in October 2009, and will consolidate its two existing Tucson locations into 17,711 SF. The facility will provide this particular client a venue to store TSA-certified imported goods until they are inspected and cleared by customs.
