Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort will host the third annual Epicuriad benefiting The Beer for Brains Foundation. The food, wine and beer pairing competition will be held on March 22.
Foodies and craft beer lovers will reap the benefits as talented chefs work to prepare a spectacular dish with beer and wine pairings. For each pairing, attendees will vote on whether the beer or the wine complements the dish better and will cast the final vote to decide which chef presented the overall best pairing.
“This year we are very excited to add a special feature to this year’s VIP portion of the evening –the ultimate battle between beer and wine,” said Louis Dolgoff, founder of The Beer for Brains Foundation.
Tickets are limited ($100 VIP, $75 general admission). This year’s event will also include a full dessert buffet, a raffle, and live music in a cocktail party setting.
Proceeds from this year’s Epicuriad benefit The Beer for Brains Foundation in their quest to find a cure for brain cancer.
