Scottsdale has a new eatery, the All American Modern Sports Grill recently opened on Market Street at DC Ranch in North Scottsdale.
The grill provides a modern twist on a traditional sports bar, featuring 50 large screen TVs, architecture by Swaback Partners and a Bourbon Bar with more than 60 varieties of bourbon, scotch and Irish whiskey.
All American Modern Sports Grill’s owners have put sports first, incorporating the latest technology to excite local sports enthusiasts. In addition to 50 large screen TVs that will show the biggest games, sporting events and competitions, diners can download an app that allows them to listen to the game from their phones at their tables.
Swaback Partners, an award-winning local firm, served as architect for the 5,000-square-foot space. The owners completed the interior design, which highlights the architecture and blends rich natural elements to create dramatic, yet welcoming interiors and a casually elegant patio.
The design and architecture allow the restaurant to be a versatile host, accommodating large family celebrations, guy’s or girl’s night outs to watch the game and intimate meetings to savor a timeless bourbon or scotch.
The upscale sports grill features two bars – including a Bourbon bar with exclusive offerings – wine cellar, hand-crafted fresh cocktails, scratch kitchen, large outdoor patio and 50 large screen TVs. It’s extensive menu includes classic sports grill favorites such as buffalo wings and sliders, more modern options including buffalo shrimp, crab cakes and its “OMG” Grilled Chicken Sandwich, as well as fine dining options such as pork tenderloin and salmon.
