Looking for an exciting journey of flavors and cultures all rolled into one amazing experience? Well, Province’s Executive Chef, Randy Zweiban, has it covered — with the Latin Passport Dinner Series.

This fall, the Province, located in the Westin Downtown Phoenix Hotel, will be offering a Latin Passport Dinner experience available every Saturday, September through November. Each meal, comprised of a four-course menu, will represent a different country — with beverage pairings designed to complement the drinks of the corresponding country to complete the dining experience.

The best part? You get all of this for just $35 per person.

The Latin Passport Dinner Series will begin (in September) with Puerto Rico. The menu will include Plantain Mofungo “Cigars,” Grilled Snapper “Escabeche” on Tostones, and other tasty culinary dishes.

Province Argentina will be the focus in October, featuring a blend of Italian and Spanish cuisine. Empanadas de Pollo, Brioche Toasts of Chorizo and Cheese, and Skewered BBQ’d Chimichurri Beef will create an unforgettable combination of flavors.

And in November, come by Province for a taste of Brazil, offering a mix of heritages due to its proximity to Argentina. From tropical fruits to root vegetables, patrons can expect Chocolate Guava Cake, Feijoada (beef, pork, chicken, linguica sausage, black beans and green onions) and even Frutos de Mar (shrimp, scallops, lobster, crab and octopus with passion fruit crema).

Experience a once in a lifetime opportunity to travel the world of cuisine without even leaving the state. Enjoy Latin foods, desserts and drinks that will blow your taste buds away with an adventure you’ll want to share with others.
