The second course will pair Piper Heidsieck’s structured and full bodied Brut Champagne with a half portion of Tanzy’s delicious and decadent creamy Fiocchi pasta dish.

The third course will make you feel like Marilyn herself, as it features Rose Sauvage Champagne, fit for a queen, paired with a half portion of Tanzy’s rich flavorful Short Ribs.
Capping off the meal, Tanzy pairs a classic Demi-sec Sublime Champagne with a classically decadent Panna Cotta.
