This summer, Kimpton’s Amara Resort and Spa invites guests to escape the heat and head to Sedona for cooler temperatures and endless summer fun with discounted stays, dining and spa packages and memorable activities.
Now through the end of August, Amara is hosting a number of activities to take full advantage of its outdoor grass courtyard overlooking the picturesque Sedona red rocks. Lawn games like cornhole and bocce ball are available to guests daily and set the stage for the resort’s complimentary nightly wine hour from 5pm – 6pm.
Every Friday and Saturday night, guests can take full advantage of Sedona’s rare “Dark Sky Designation” with the resort’s “Stargazing & S’mores” offering. A local astronomy expert is on-hand to guide guests through the solar system as they use iPads with a stargazing app. Complimentary s’mores kits are provided for toasting marshmallows around the outdoor fire pits and blankets are available to bundle up on chilly nights.
Now through Labor Day, rates are as low as $220 per night, which is discounted 25 percent from high-season. Rounding out the summer offering, Amara is offering two stay packages that highlight the resort’s signature restaurant, SaltRock, and Amara Spa:
