The River Ranch at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort will be transformed for a ‘Summer of Imagination’ May 28 through August 31. Families are invited to enjoy complimentary themed activities throughout each month.
“Our River Ranch is already known as a great family destination, but this summer, we are taking things to the next level,” said Bryan Deutsch, Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak’s River Ranch manager.
June SciFi
The month of June will feature a SciFi theme with cosmic putt-putt golf, spacecraft-making and Friday-night showings of “Despicable Me,” “Back to the Future” and “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.”
Superhero July
Superheroes land in July with arts and crafts allowing children to create their own capes and shields. “Captain America,” “The Incredibles” and “Spiderman” with be shown with super human snacks provided.
August Sports
In August, the activity continues with baseball and football training camps and mini tournaments for sports month. Enjoy watching “The Rookie,” “A League of their Own,” “The Blind Side” and “Remember the Titans” while snacking on home-made Cracker Jacks and hot dogs.
“What child doesn’t enjoy a great excuse to dress up and play make-believe? With the ‘Summer of Imagination,’ we are encouraging our guests to join us in a fantasy world, dress in costumes and enjoy all the fun games, crafts and snacks centered around the theme.”
