This Christmas and Christmas Eve, leave the cooking to T. Cook’s, the renowned restaurant at Royal Palms Resort and Spa, A Destination Hotel, and enjoy a Christmas Day Holiday Buffet or a prix-fixe menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from Chef Todd Allison.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas, T. Cook’s will offer a three-course prix-fixe holiday menu which will offer Roasted Loin of Venison, Pan Roasted John Dory and other holiday favorites.

An additional Holiday Buffet will be offered on Christmas Day and will include Carved Free-Range Turkey, Crispy Duck Confit and more.

  • Available Thursday from 4:30pm until 10:00pm and Friday from 11:00am until 9:00pm.
  • Prix-fixe menu with your choice of three courses including Vadouvan Spiced Colorado Lamb Osso Bucco, Roasted Loin of Venison, Pan Roasted John Dory, Wild Arugula and Cranberries Salad and Gingersnap Bread Pudding, warm Chocolate Fruit Cake and more.
  • $88 per person, $29 for children ages 6-12 years old, gratis 5 years or younger. Does not include tax or gratuity.
