The Place, a popular breakfast restaurant in Phoenix, opened up a new location at Market Street at DC Ranch near Pima Road and Thompson Peak Parkway, according to an announcement from Whitestone REIT.
The Place, Mike and Rhonda’s Restaurant, serves large breakfast and lunch portions with their biscuits and gravy, bacon and chicken fried steak as The Place’s more popular offerings.
At its new location, The Place will be open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. The restaurant originated in Glendale, making this 3,800-square-foot space in DC Ranch its second location.
Cedar Room Cigars, a premium cigar shop, and Hyde Park Fine Rugs also opened up this month at Market Street at DC Ranch, according to Whitestone REIT.
