Chateau Luxe, a new event space that aims to bring high-end design and opulent detail to the Valley, is set to open mid-February 2015. Located just north of the 101 off of 7th Street, Chateau Luxe is a multimillion-dollar event space envisioned by owner Deepika Bhalla. It is designed and built by the award winning luxury builders, Chaves AIA, a local company.
The 50,000-square-foot venue stays true to its name by bringing a modern ode to decadence. Nestled between mountain and city views, Chateau Luxe is every event planner and bride-to-be’s dream-come true. Rich fabrics, terrazzo tile, spectacular custom designed chandeliers and lush furniture will evoke images of luxury at every turn.
Private dressing rooms will ensure those getting ready for their big day the best accommodations. A billiards table and massage table is included in the groom’s room and a private massage table for the bride to de-stress is in her room. High-end finishes and custom décor will complement the cutting edge technology.
A world renowned chef will create exquisite cuisine in the state-of-the-art kitchen at Chateau Luxe. Two ballrooms, a scenic outdoor space, a child watch center and a chapel are all part of the design.
Since the furniture is removable and mobile, the versatility of the space will allow for a wide variety of floor plans. With Phoenix an epicenter of cultural affairs, the only limit those will have is their own imagination. Chateau Luxe will include a team of professionals who have the visions and experience to transform the venue from catered banquet events, to weddings, to fashion runway shows and much more. Whether it’s a party of 50 or 900, the venue is perfect for any size wedding, corporate or private function.
