Ensemble Real Estate Solutions has closed three new leases totaling 25,000 square feet at Deer Valley Medical Office Buildings II & III on the campus of HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center.
These new deals bring the two medical office buildings (totaling more than 154,000 square feet) to 100 percent occupancy.
Recent transactions that brought the two medical office buildings to full occupancy include:
- 12,716 square feet for HonorHealth at Deer Valley Medical Office Buildings II & III
- 10,556 square feet for Arizona Center for Hematology & Oncology, PLC at Deer Valley Medical Office Building III
- 2,000 square foot expansion and 5,000 square foot renewal for Affiliated Dermatology at Deer Valley Medical Office Building III
The two buildings are situated in a desirable location with easy access from I-17 & Loop 101 on the HonorHealth Deer Valley Campus. Ensemble Real Estate Solutions was the original developer of the two buildings that are now owned by Lillibridge. Ensemble recently partnered with Lillibridge and HonorHealth to devise a plan to begin offering free parking on the entire campus.
Tracy Altemus, Executive Vice President, and Autumn Storm, Senior Associate, with Ensemble Real Estate Solutions represented the owner in these transactions.
