Downtown Phoenix Inc. (DPI) will be relocating its office to CityScape Phoenix where, for the first time, it will centrally house all affiliate organizations such as Downtown Phoenix Partnership and Phoenix Community Alliance as well as the Downtown Phoenix Ambassadors Info Center.

The 7,526 square-foot, second-story office space on the mezzanine level at CityScape, allows Downtown Phoenix Inc. more visibility in the heart of downtown’s entertainment district. The space was formerly occupied by Charming Charlie, who will continue to lease the ground-floor retail space on the corner of Central Ave. and Washington St.

“We look forward to welcoming Downtown Phoenix Inc. to CityScape,” said Mike Ebert managing partner at RED. “DPI is doing important work for the city, businesses and residents and serving a vital role as a downtown community organization. It only makes sense for them to have a more visible presence within the central hub of downtown.”

DPI’s office will feature an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows, a collaborative layout, community meeting spaces and a new engagement lab that will provide a conduit between DPI and downtown stakeholders.

“CityScape provided DPI and its affiliates a unique opportunity to engage with our diverse stakeholders and growing community from a storefront environment. We appreciate their creative approach to meeting our needs,” said David Krietor, president and CEO of Downtown Phoenix Inc.
