_Renaissance SquareTechnology company and medical & chiropractic center recently completed leases at Hines’ Renaissance Square in downtown Phoenix.

Executive Technology Inc. (ETI) has leased almost 2,000 square feet over six years at One Renaissance Square, relocating its office from Tempe. ETI is a veteran-owned business that provides technology solutions for law enforcement agencies and public safety organizations.

Pat Devine of Cushman & Wakefield served as the broker for Hines. Renee Ervanian of Heiple Travers Realty represented ETI.

In addition to ETI, AFC Physical Medicine & Chiropractic Centers leased almost 2,500 square feet of space over 5 years. The One Renaissance Square office is AFC’s ninth location in the Valley. AFC provides medical doctors, nurse practitioners, chiropractors and massage therapists, addressing health problems from head to toe.

Greg Mayer of Cushman & Wakefield served as the broker for Hines. Michelle Bock of Independence Realty represented AFC.

Major tenants include Quarles & Brady, GSA, Bryan Cave, Gammage & Burnham, Ernst & Young, MidFirst Bank and GPEC. Renaissance Square also has been named the “Official Building of the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee,” as the committee is leasing 7,500 square feet at One Renaissance Square.

Renaissance Square is LEED Gold certified and has earned ENERGY STAR certification for the past 6 consecutive years. The 492,116-square-foot One Renaissance Square is 25 stories and the 473,392-square-foot Two Renaissance Square is 27 stories. It is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix on a full city block, bound by Adam, Central and Washington streets and First Avenue.
