The American Heart Association Western States Affiliate has named Cayci Oliver as Executive Director of the Greater Phoenix Division.  Oliver will now be responsible for leading the American Heart Association’s efforts to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke in Phoenix and the surrounding area.

Oliver, has a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University in business administration and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. She has been a leader with the American Heart Association since 2012.  Previously, she served as Senior Business Development Director and Vice President of Development for the division.

“Cayci brings tremendous enthusiasm and energy to the Phoenix Division of the American Heart Association and will continue the momentum she has built in her previous role as Vice President of Development,” said Kelly Grose, Affiliate Development Officer for the Western States Affiliate. “In this position, Cayci will continue the great work in managing the division’s campaigns and volunteer leadership and donor cultivation plans to keep the momentum going strong.”

In her new role, Oliver will be responsible for managing the division’s board of directors, recruiting volunteer leaders, implementing a balanced fund-raising strategy in support of the American Heart Association’s mission and supervising a staff team that excelled.

Oliver is a native of Arizona and lives in Chandler Arizona with her two daughters.
