Sanctuary will offer two ways to enjoy Thanksgiving on Nov. 27 (reservations required):

• A Holiday Buffet in The Views ballroom (11 a.m. – 4 p.m.), complete with live entertainment, will feature action and carving stations along with a variety of beginnings (such as refreshing salads, artisan breads and assorted cheeses) and an array of Thanksgiving desserts. The buffet is $55 per adult and $20 for children ages 6-12, plus tax and gratuity.

• Thanksgiving Dinner at elements (12 – 9 p.m.) will be a four-course New American prix-fixe feast. Beginnings include savory fall flavors like Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Pumpkin Gnocchi, and Duck Confit and Sweet Potato Hash. Entrée selections include Traditional Turkey Dinner with all the fixings, Roasted Halibut with white bean & chorizo stew, baby clams and, smoked paprika aioli, and Pan Roasted Filet of Beef with garlicky parsley crust, dauphinoise potatoes, haricot verts and sauce perigueux. Dessert is elevated with goodies like Pecan Butter Tart with chantilly cream and bourbon caramel, White Chocolate Pumpkin Bread Pudding with cinnamon anglaise and cinnamon ice cream, and Warm Apple Hand Pie with miso butterscotch and vanilla gelato. Dinner is $75 per adult and $25 for children ages 6-12, plus tax and gratuity. Holiday packages at Sanctuary carry into the New Year and are an easy, sunny choice this season:

• Sanctuary stylists will deck the halls of its private estates for the Home for the Holidays package. The resort’s collection of spectacular homes offers ample room for large families and stress-free entertaining.
