The second building in the eight-building Turner Spectrum Ridge development has sold.
Eric Bell and Mike Ciosek of Voit Real Estate Services’ Phoenix office directed the $1.955 million ($118.50 per square foot) sale of a 16,504 square-foot freestanding industrial building in Phoenix to Consolidated Toronto Real Estate, LLC on behalf of the seller, Turner Real Estate Investments.
“We’re seeing great momentum to start off the year,” says Michael Ciosek of Voit Real Estate Services. “The quality of these new buildings, and the A-1 zoning contributed to another great business coming into the park.”
The building address is 925 E. Salter Dr. Turner Spectrum Ridge is located at 7th Street and Deer Valley Road in Phoenix. The free-standing building with private yard is the second to sell of the new eight-building project that is available for sale.
