Hotel Adeline is the stylish new boutique hotel coming to Scottsdale, Arizona in fall 2017. Following a $12 million renovation, the contemporary urban retreat will debut nearly 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor private event space. The 4.5-acre property will quickly become one of the most sought-after venues for groups seeking a unique boutique hotel experience in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.

“Hotel Adeline’s prime location in Old Town Scottsdale will be a big draw for a wide range of groups,” said Alicia Schilling, director of sales for the hotel. “In addition to its convenient location, amenities and focus on excellent guest service, Hotel Adeline’s eclectic downtown vibe will set it apart from surrounding properties, making it a unique and memorable event destination.”

Hotel Adeline will feature contemporary design with a bohemian twist. Its stylish indoor spaces and energetic outdoor spaces will be ideal for a wide variety of gatherings, including corporate meetings and retreats, social events, weddings and pre- and post-wedding celebrations.

The 1,700-square-foot Hayden Ballroom will comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests and will feature a convenient center room divider to section off the space for smaller groups. Basil Boardroom, the hotel’s 345-square-foot deluxe boardroom, will accommodate up to 12. Both spaces will be equipped with top-of-the-line technology features and full AV capabilities. For intimate gatherings of up to 30 guests, the hotel’s whiskey bar and lounge will offer an unexpected venue option.

Hotel Adeline’s 3,000-square-foot zero edge pool and trendy pool bar will be the centerpiece of the property, surrounded by cabanas and courtyards with lawn games and hanging loungers. Totaling 2,200 square-feet, the pool deck space will be available for full buy out and will accommodate up to 150 guests. The hotel restaurant’s outdoor patio also will accommodate reception-style events for up to 150. A multipurpose elevated deck and two smaller lawn spaces will allow for smaller groups to be in the center of the action.

The hotel’s full-service Mediterranean-American restaurant and fast-casual breakfast and lunch café will provide a wide array of catering options. From healthy breakfast sandwiches and parfaits to full plated dinners, the menus will focus on fresh ingredients, seasonal dishes and locally inspired items. Craft beers and creative cocktails will complete the offerings.

Hotel Adeline will offer 213 guestrooms, including five spacious 600-square-foot king suites, featuring sleek and uncomplicated design. Details will include modern wood furniture with a retro flair, handy built-in live edge work desks, mixed textures and geometric patterns, walk-in rainfall showers, 50-inch LG Smart TVs, RFID keyless room entry and complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. Unlike more traditional hotels, buzzing communal spaces such as the lobby, restaurant and lounge, lively pool and pool bar, outdoor courtyards and public areas will encourage guests to spend more time in social spaces than in their rooms. A state-of-the-art fitness center will offer guests the latest Precor cardio and strength training equipment.

Hotel Adeline will be located at 5101 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ. The hotel’s central location will offer easy access to major thoroughfares and is a short drive from Sky Harbor International Airport. Guests may utilize the city’s convenient trolley or the area golf cart taxis to transport them anywhere in Old Town Scottsdale. Hotel Adeline also will offer a hotel transport providing service within a two-mile radius surrounding the property. Steps away from all that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer in restaurants, nightlife, shopping, art galleries, museums and outdoor recreation, Hotel Adeline’s nearby attractions include Scottsdale Fashion Square, Scottsdale Waterfront, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, spring training stadiums and Camelback Mountain.
