Larry H. Miller Dealerships, in a joint effort with Safe Kids Arizona and local first responders have invited the public to attend car seat safety checks throughout the month of September during National Child Passenger Safety Month. Larry H. Miller (LHM) dealership locations from Phoenix to Tucson will be hosting family friendly events every weekend in September from 9 a.m. until noon. During the free three-hour sessions, car seats will be checked for proper installation and informational safety materials will be offered to attendees. Food and drinks will be provided by the dealerships, along with live entertainment from local radio stations.

Miller Dealerships. “It is our mission to positively impact the communities we serve through charitable efforts and events.”
Motor vehicle injuries are a leading cause of death among children in the United States, however, many of these deaths can be prevented with the use of properly installed car seats. Unfortunately, nearly 73 percent of all car seats are not installed correctly. LHM Dealership’s events are aimed to assist in educating families on the proper installation technique with the help of certified technicians.
In addition to the safety events, Larry H. Miller Charities will make a $10,000 donation to Safe Kids Arizona, which will be earmarked for the purchase of car seats and car seat safety programs for the individuals the organization serves.
