Desert Stages Theatre transforms Cullity Hall into a magical land filled with adventure and imagination for another delightful On Stage production and crowd favorite, Peter Pan, Fri., Nov. 15 – Sun., Dec. 22.

The perennial boy, Peter Pan whisks the audience away with Wendy, Michael and John as they fly over the rooftops of London to Neverland. Pixie dust, pirates, a beautiful Indian Princess, the sinister Captain Hook, a very hungry crocodile and Tinker Bell herself set the stage for the exciting journey audiences have loved for more than 100 years!

History. The character of Peter Pan first appeared in the 1902 novel The Little White Bird by J.M Barrie and has been a favorite fairytale character since. The story of the perennial boy transformed into a stage play titled Peter Pan, or The Boy Who Wouldn’t Grow Up in 1904 and the novel Peter and Wendy in 1911. The ever-popular fantasy character, Peter Pan and his magical story was adapted by Disney in 1953 into an animation film titled Peter Pan followed by another film adaptation in 2003.
