Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own pasta? Gina’s Homemade, a specialty food company in Scottsdale, is offering three Pasta Making classes, April 2, 9 and 16 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Slowly, their product line has grown to include some of the most delectable Italian artisan soft cheeses in the United States. After the success of Gina’s Homemade’s Italian Cheese Making 101, they’ve decided to continue the fun with a Pasta Making class.
