It’s Saturday, and you’re up at 8 a.m. This leads to two questions: One, why? And two, what could you possibly do that early that will not only get your body moving and burning calories, but will also provide a healthy brunch post-workout? Brunch & Burn at RnR.

Beginning Saturday, September 22, RnR is transforming it’s upstairs patio into a personal yoga studio. Here, you’ll have the chance to harness your flow of energy while enjoying the fall breeze and early-morning air.

Classes, held at 9 a.m., will be led by Jolene Goring, fitness director of Geo-Fit Personal Training. Scottsdale’s Premier Health and Fitness Expert, Goring has been featured in USA TODAY, is a best-selling author, is a member of America’s Premier Fitness Experts, is a regular contributing writer to the Fitness Expert Network, and is currently working on a nationwide fitness video series.

After you’ve endured the slow-paced session, your body flexible and ready to take on the day, fuel up with RnR’s healthy dishes, including the Egg White Turkey Scramble (apply turkey sausage with roasted red peppers, spinach and scrambled egg whites and a side of home fries) and Protein Pancakes (made with granola, oatmeal, blueberries and apple butter).

And what’s a brunch without mimosas? Guests will also receive two drink tickets, redeemable for either a mimosa or a bloody mary.

Come stretch, sip and socialize at Brunch & Burn at RnR. Classes will be held from Saturday, September 22 through Saturday, October 13, and will begin at 9 a.m. — sharp. Tickets are $30 per person. Please visit Geo-Fit’s website to purchase tickets.
