Calling all food and wine lovers across the Valley! Scottsdale League for the Arts is hosting a one-night-only event under the stars that features fabulous food and world-class wine. Cooks & Corks presents the creations of Four Seasons Scottsdale’s Executive chef, Mel Mecinas, along with other prominent Valley chefs and winemakers.

Along with many delectable dishes, guests will be able to dance to the tunes of a live band that will be providing the sound track for the night.This self-guided, outdoor culinary night out will take place from 6-9 p.m.. The cost is $95 and will be limited to 250-300 attendees. Tickets can be purchased at www.corksandcorks.org.

Cooks & Corks takes place at the  beautiful Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North’s lush fountain Terrace lawn. For those who want to enjoy the Four Seasons for longer than three hours, the Four Seasons is offering a special discounted rate of 350 dollars per room.

Nearly everyone enjoys a night of sampling high-end food, but the event impacts more then just the food and wine connoisseurs. All funds raised at Cooks & Corks will go towards supporting the non-profit Scottsdale League for the Arts in its effort to promote the arts and arts education in Arizona.

The current line up promises not to disappoint, and includes, Executive Chef Frank Belosic and Sous Chef Lee Hillson of The Phoenician Resort’s Il Terrazzo; Chef Michael O’Dowd of Renegade by MOD; Chef Matt Carter of Zinc Bistro, The Mission and The House Brasserie; Chef Matt Taylor of Market Street Kitchen; Executive Chef Beau MacMillan of The Sanctuary Resort; Executive Chef Roberto Madrid of The Westin Kierland’s Deseo; Executive Chef Jadan Sheive of J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge’s Stone Grill; and Executive Chef Michael Cairns of Montelucia’s Prado.

The Four Season is located at 10600 E. Crescent Moon Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 86262
