The Phoenix Sperry Van Ness office, with a total of 18 agents specializing in the sale and leasing of office, retail and multi-family properties, ranked No. 7 out of 150 Sperry Van Ness offices nationwide in 2012.
The award was presented at the Sperry Van Ness National Conference in February in Miami Beach.
Not only was the Phoenix office recognized for outstanding results as a team, five of its best agents were also recognized on the Top 100 Sperry Van Ness Advisors list.
Neil Sherman, partner and investment property specialist, received Partner’s Circle honors, ranking No. 11 out of the top 100 Sperry Van Ness advisors in the country.
Justin Horwitz, office specialist, was presented with the Achiever’s Award, given for outstanding sales. Other Phoenix agents making the list were Shari Tucker, Mary Ridberg and Rommie Mojahed.
