Every Sunday, during the month of August, Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill will be featuring a chef dinner straight from the creative mind of Executive Chef Brian Feirstein. The special menu is only available at Z’Tejas’ Bethany location off of Bethany Home Road and 16th Street and will start at 3 p.m. on Sundays. For $14.95 guests can choose a three-course meal from the following list:

Appetizer:

– Green Chile Deviled Eggs – Greens, Ancho Balsalmic
– Summer Tomato Gazpacho – Blistered Tomatoes, Summer Vegetables, Jalapeño Reposado Tequila Oil
– Chipotle Glazed Shrimp & Grits – Jack Cheese, Dos Equis Barbeque, Garnished with Off the Bone Ham

Entrée:

– Roasted Half Chicken – Southwestern Slaw, Watermelon Salad
– Jalapeno Maple Glazed Pork Carnitas – Raw Vegetables, Sweet Onion Marmalade, Black Bean Cake, Flour Tortillas
– Crispy Skin Ruby Trout – Braised Super Greens, Cauliflower Fondue, Romesco Sauce

Dessert:

– Honeydew & Prosecco Sorbet – Blackberry Coulis, Honey Tuile
– Bread Pudding – Braeburn Apples, Spiced Anglaise, Vanilla Ice Cream
