Introducing the ALL-NEW American Junkie 2.0. After 5 years of serving up good times, good eats, and, hosting the best sports teams in America: American Junkie in Scottsdale was ready for a major overhaul. Bringing back the American Junkie that everybody loves; the colorful drinking spot, sports bar, and, nightlife destination. Located on the eastern edge of the city’s party-happy entertainment district American Junkie will still feature the infamous “wheel”.
Opening just in time for Football Season (Doors open August 21st) we will be the official home of the Seattle Seahawks and Ohio State University. Junkie 2.0 will be a major hangout for local football fanatics who follow either team. With 30 new HD televisions, 2 projector screens, an all new sound and lighting system, furniture, and, attitude Junkie 2.0 will be the place to be.
The soft opening will be this Thursday August 21st at 5pm and the Official Grand Opening on Saturday, September 6th at 8pm. The Grand Opening will feature Playboy DJ Rhiannon. The following Saturday, the 13th, DJ Lucky Lou from LMFAO will be performing as well. Junkie 2.0 will be open: Wednesdays thru Fridays from 4pm to 2am and opening early for Ohio State & Seattle Seahawks games on Saturdays & Sundays. We are happy to announce we have an all-new fun loving staff; from management to security to bartenders and servers!
The new operating owners, boyfriend and girlfriend Brandon Butner and Crissty Santana recently made the leap from the famous international destination Baja Junkie (Yes, the same as American Junkie but South of the border) located in Los Cabos, Mexico to Scottsdale, Arizona. Brandon and Crissty decided to leave paradise and return back to Arizona for some amazing new opportunities to make a name for themselves in Scottsdale. These young 20-something year olds have a bright future ahead of them as General Manager (him) and Marketing Director (her) as their strong industry knowledge and experience enhances the Junkie experience.
