Salad and Go will soon satisfy the need for better and healthier fast food with the opening of three new locations. This game changing, drive-thru fast food concept will open to Tolleson residents in December 2015, quickly followed by their first Phoenix location in January and their second Mesa location in February 2016, with four more locations to open in the rest of 2016.

Gilbert-based Salad and Go was started in February of 2013 by Roushan Christofellis and team. They have reengineered the restaurant business model to offer healthy options at the same speed and convenience as traditional fast food with comparable prices. They currently have four locations in the East Valley.

“We have this vision to ultimately change the health of America,” said co-founder Roushan Christofellis. “Imagine that on every corner, where there is a traditional drive-thru fast food restaurant, there is also a better, healthier drive-thru fast food alternative! Salad and Go can’t do it alone, but we can certainly get the wheels of change in motion and that’s what we’ve set out to do.”

Salad and Go offers customizable, made to order salads and wraps and a kid’s menu that both parents and kids love. In addition, they offer Superfood Smoothies, made from scratch lemonades and some all-day breakfast items.
