Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain is pleased to introduce Norbert G. Taillole as maître d’ of its award-winning elements restaurant.  He brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to his position.

A native of Provence, France, Taillole has lived with his family in Arizona since 1981.  He has served as maître d’ for some of the Phoenix metropolitan area’s most prestigious and successful restaurants, including LON’s at the Hermosa Inn, Zinc Bistro, Desert Highlands Golf Club, Christopher’s Bistro and Mary Elaine’s at The Phoenician.

Taillole has an honors diploma in hospitality management from the American Hotel & Motel Association.
